Welcome to the Easypictures Digital Image Recovery Service Website. We offer a comprehensive image recovery service from all types of digital media including but not limited to:- USB Drives, Compact Flash, SD card, XD card, Micro Drive, Memory Stick/Duo,Micro SD, in fact all common camera and smartphone media and portable storage devices. We offer a “No recovery, no fee” service and you pay us nothing until we have done the job and informed you of what we have recovered. We have a standard fixed fee of £25.00 if we are successful.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Go to our contact page and inform us you are sending us your media device and what you expect us to find.

2. Post the item to us Recorded Delivery or Registered Post (we cannot be held responsible for the failures of Royal Mail) if possible with a printout of your contact email, but please enclose your contact details with the media device.

3. We will scan your media and inform you by email of what we have found. If you are happy with our result go to our “Pay Now” page and pay the recovery fee (Paypal, Credit Card, Debit Card)

4. On receipt of your payment we will post your recovered images (on disc) and your media device to you Recorded Delivery.

5. For your peace of mind your images will be stored on our system for three months from the date of recovery unless you request otherwise.

6. If we fail to recover your images we will return your device Recorded Delivery free of charge.
